Carpenter Succession Partners is not a registered broker-dealer. Our services are limited to M&A advisory activities permitted under Section 15(b)(13) of the Securities Exchange Act.

Use of the Website or contacting us via forms or email does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for all disputes not subject to arbitration.
Optional (statt §12): Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Rules in Travis County, Texas. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.​
13) DMCA / IP Complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact bronson@carpenter-succession.com with: (a) your signature, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material, (d) your contact details, (e) a good-faith statement, and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and ownership.
